Small update to give thanks to generous gift.

Added Drunkratt special vehicle. !join rat

Since project was open made some minor changes:

• Moved event redeems to top center of screen. A lot of people place their cams and models on bottom right and block it.
• Increased base car health to withstand higher impacts. Get more people across the line.
• Moved Blue Pale spawn higher so hopefully no more coming up from the ground.
• Added version number to menus
